About Us
Recon Worx operates three essential tiers of service for the escrow industry: Processing, Client Support as well as Sales and Field Support.

Our experienced and conscientious staff in the Processing Team prepares all account reconciliation reports and ensures that our clients receive a reader-friendly, accurate account of the public funds under their care. Kathy Foster oversees this division with her keen sense of organization and attention to detail.

The Client Support Team provides assistance by phone, fax, or email. This division helps our clients to research and clear their exception items remotely and properly. All questions about our reports and services are also answered by this group. Betty Pojar, with her 15 years of industry experience and knowledge, heads the Client Support Team with diligence and excellence.

The Sales and Field Support Team provides an in-office presentation of our services and reports to help potential clients get acquainted with our company. This division also handles new-client set-up, audit support, and trust account training. But perhaps this team is most noted for their personal, onsite help in researching and clearing exception items. Our founder, Chris Pruitt, directs the Sales and Field Support division. Chris has an incredible 26 years of experience working with escrow companies and brings an unusual sense of understanding and care to the concerns of the industry.

More generally speaking, Recon Worx hopes to enable our clients to quickly and accurately correct errors in the trust account while also developing their understanding of banking procedures and industry regulations. We are committed to providing the same level of patient, comprehensive support to our more experienced escrow offices as well as those just starting out.
